At LOLA, we want you to love your new wardrobe staples. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
